I find it hard to believe I’ve lost 17 pounds in 6 weeks eating Salt and Vinegar Chips. Ok, they are Salt and Vinegar Soy Ridges—and contain about 18 grams of protein per serving. And it wasn’t just the soy ridges; it was the Peach Mango Drink, Dark Chocolate Pudding and Lemon Poppyseed Bars that helped do the trick. But here I am, a busy, working mom of preschoolers, shopping for size 4 jeans.
The best part is—I’m not alone.
As an Ideal Protein Coach, I have a unique vantage point—working
with dieters of all ages, both genders and all walks of life. Every person has a story—every pound has a story and it’s exciting to watch more dieters become liberated from their dead weight. The program certainly takes commitment and one must be willing to embrace change: new habits, new lifestyle a new definition of what constitutes a “good meal.”
But the program works and efforts aren’t in vain.
As we prepare for our next Ideal Open House, Thursday May 12
6:30PM-8:00PM, we are anticipating more dieters with stories of losses and gains.
This time we want their story to have a happy ending.
~Till next time, Dionne
